I’m a stay at home home to two young toddlers and realized recently that I let the once strong relationship I had with God fall to the wayside several years ago. This devotional is helping me get back to His grace, which, let’s be honest, is desperately needed when raising toddlers! I’m only a few devotionals into this book but it has already greatly impacted my parenting. I am more patient. I am more kind. I am more of the mother I want to be to my girls. I’m going to be purchasing this devotional for my sister who is expecting twins, and may not know its value until her life is thrown into chaos at her sons’ birth lol
I love this devotional! I first discovered Ruth when I bought “Pressing Pause†another devotional she co-wrote. I loved it so much that I started looking for any other books she had. Happily, I found several! I bought them all, even the prayer journal. :)Wonderful devotions. Perfect for everyday. I love the prayer and questions at the end of each chapter. I have 4 children and identified with so many of the authors stories. Highly recommend for any mom!
I just started it January 1st. But already love this devotional. It is so amazing and gives very sound good godly advice. I love the prayers at the end and the questions to help you put the advice into practice
I have really enjoyed this devotional. Inked it so much that I purchased ten more and gave them to friends, teachers, and neighbors for Christmas gifts. This book provides nice words of encouragement and wisdom and the devotionals arent too long or too deep so I am able to grab my book whenever I find five minutes and complete a devotion..... perfect for busy moms!!!!! :-)
Great devotional for Moms in all stages of life! I enjoyed these devotions and how they kept me focused on what God wants of me and what He’s doing through me. It is full of relatable devotions that can be worked into busy Mom days and includes reflection questions for each day to help me evaluate!!
I’m only about 6-7 devotionals in but I really like the layout, the pictures, what she has to say. She makes everything so real life and applies to what’s happening in your life. Great devotional for moms!
